In the repertory under generals, moon, you will find that there are many
remedies affected by moon phases, esp. full and new, waxing and waning. So
if a case seems to falter that has been doing well, it makes sense to check
the moon phase and if it is one of those remedies so affected, wait it out
and it should pass as the phase shifts.
