You will not find any thing with the heading of Kiney failure in repertory. In all cases of kid. failure there is an elevated level of blood urea& serum createnine, you can find remedies under the heading of "UREMIA" & "BRIGHTS DISEASE". At the same time in most of the cases of kid. failure there is proteinuria or albuminuria, bad odour of urine, edema generalised or localised, loss of thirst, high blood pressure, head ache, constipation( one, few or all of these symptoms) ..... so your approach should be symptomatic..... in this way you can expect wonderful result.
