Would you please share the name of the book

I have a patient with skin peeling off in layers on the right hand only. I cannot find a rubric for this. Anybody feeling particularly brilliant today who could give a suggestion?

Hi Shannon,

The information I have is that normal value is 6.4 when the saliva pH is
tested between meals in a resting state. The normal after you have just
finished eating is 7.2.
urine about 6.8 [although one other source I have puts it as being ideally
6.4] blood about 7.1-7.4
