Re: NBWS Post Natal depression 6 yrs ago

Since I have not been following this thread closely, I apologize if I am covering areas already addressed. But in reading over the case notes, I find it interesting that the depression seems to have occurred after going back to work, not after delivery. While PND can occur several months post natal,...

Re: Veternarian question...Submissive Urination

Jennifer I would be looking at rubrics like "yielding", etc. and prescribe on the total picture. There are no good "submissive urination" rubrics of which I am aware. However, if this dog has a very submissive nature, there could be a limit to your success as this is not a truly ...

ART, etc

Just to add another perspective to this issue of "add ons" to homeopathy. I consider myself classical to the extreme. In that, I believe that the law of similars is THE law of nature governing the cure of disease and therefore, the remedy must be similar to move the patient in the directio...

Re: floppy

Rochelle, there is a lot of flaccidity in the opiate and cyanide remedies, tabacum, too. Cor-r has a rubric of coughing until falling limp like a rag. I think your on target with the suppressed eruption. Opium is a suppressed eruptions remedy, generally content. Acutely would expect sleepiness, hot....

Re: cruciate ligament

Johanna, I am not sure there is a "traditional" cruciate repair. Over the years, there have been many approaches and most have been found to be not very effective long term. Actually, I know there are many who feel long term results are not significantly better with intra articular repairs...

Re: cruciate ligament

Johanna, No protocol, just give indicated remedy as indicated. Depending on which procedure is chosen for the surgical repair may affect which remedy, i.e. just cleaning up the tear and stabilizing the joint externally by tightening up the periarticular soft tissue versus drilling holes in bones, et...

Re: Kitten problems: Help?

Ruby, This is probably viral and should be treated with the appropriate remedy based on activity, physical generals, etc. Topical therapy, IMO, would be a BIG mistake as it would very likely suppress the condition to a deeper level. Kittens are probably not being blinded unless severe corneal lesion...

Re: Update leg ulcer

Shanny, I would be looking at snake remedies and possibly other venoms with the destruction of blood/tissue, etc. However, I would try to confirm by physical generals, behavior, etc. e.g. hot/chilly, thirst/thirstless, food/drink desires/aversions, senstivities to light/sound/music/clothing, time mo...
