She was possibly referring to the C4 potencies of which she is an advocate.
These are a range of potencies made by triturating to C4 instead of C3 and
then making the remedy.

They are purported to have more of an effect on the spiritual plane.

A blood test to assess serum prolactin levels would be a first start.
