Luise, Not necessarily. 103/104 is not unusual for a one year old. It wld entirely depend on is child eating/drinking? aware? physical exam? vaccinated (which if no just broadens possible illnesses somewhat? any other medical problems? any other children in community sick w/ weird/severe illnesses? ...
