Arthritic cyst

Anyone have any experience treating these? A client has one on her right forefinger. It's tender to the touch and discharging through the nailbed, causing the nail to deform. This has been going on for nearly a year; she'd had it frozen off twice with liquid nitrogen, but the third try didn't work. (Surprise!) Letting it resolve on its own is not an option.
She's currently receiving Gelsemium for headaches that start from the nape and go to her eyes. I've started her on Calc-fl. 6x for the cyst, but would appreciate other ideas.
Peace,
Cinnabar
