PETER HAIN will today reaffirm his belief that homeopathic treatments and
other complementary therapies should be openly available on the NHS.
The Secretary of State for Wales will tell a London conference of the
Foundation for Integrated Health that "spectacular results" can be achieved
through the routine use of homeopathy.
An integrated network of alternative therapies, alongside more conventional
treatments, will provide a more efficient and cost-effective service to
patients that the current system of referrals, according to Mr Hain..
