Indurated Vagina case

I am moving with this case between Palatina, Pall and Sepia because the focus is on the uterus. Some of the issues relate to the Platina Pall discussion.
I just interviewed a Px who since age 5 when her anti-dyslexia training, skin and allergy suppressive activity began, she constantly ate because she was fat and artsy therefore different - a social reject. Felt socially rejected compared to her perfect sister. The main complaint is "I don't fit in." Interested in being trendy. Also, trained since age 5 to overcome dyslexia and overachieved through excessive structuring of her life. Her father is an engineer and she took his analytical structuring strategy although she lacks all the mental facilities for math etc. Now age 42, looks 5 months pregnant with fibroids in the uterus and at age 28 had her vagina cut because it was muscularly closed shut. She is emotionally armored. Age 24, had a love affair (not sleeping together) with a Muslim man who appreciated her weight and though he ultimately did not stay with her (she's not Muslim) which made her refuse to become intimate with anyone else. Through that experience she understood that she could control her weight. "I got it that I could control what I ate." Control and rationality are major growth tactics for her. With that love, her weight went down by itself. The other big complaint is eczema all over the body and milk crust on her head. Started as a 5 year old, but now has spread to her whole body. Feels her skin is separate from her because it is so itchy. Sensitive to cold dry, hot damp (sweat) and hot dry. Menorrhagia because of the fibroids intensified 2 years ago after overwork and antibiotic for a flu that was about to happen. Her mother is very carcinosum like and supported her through the anti-dyslexia training and food allergy. Did the allergy desensitization shots when she developed all the environmental allergies in her early 20's. Very much over protected and nurtured by both parents. She wants the remedy to reduce the fibroids although she is driven to cortisone cream because of the skin and is told that her adrenals need rest. I agree they are more central than the skin. The mental problem is overachiever, self driver, political activist, can't tolerate injustice. Great robot-like social movement organizer and film maker. Keeps busy to distract herself. Pleasing her father image is the driving force here. She went to art school "to get straight A's". Sulphur only palliated the skin and did nothing for the fibroids or exhausting bleeding. Platina has the uterine problems including the indurate vagina. This woman has the "desire social approval" aspect of Pall but also my sensitive daughters can't stand this woman because she is so self centered. She has been training herself to overcome her social isolation problems through the Landmark Foundation and sounds like an automatic recording when she "enthusiastically endorses" anything. In college, was a dancing punk rocker. "Everyone danced alone and it was my way of socializing" I was thinking sepia because I see more coverage but these metals (Platina and Pall) have much smaller provings and I should be looking there too. Wants very much to have a hard shiny external sheen (armor). Sun and sea bathing makes the skin stuff go away. Hates zoos because of the injustice, but loves aquariums because of the water life - thus again sepia. Has anyone seen Pall with the uterine problems? My feeling is her message is "I am so tightly muscled and I work so hard at it that no one can get into the real me." I need social affirmation thus the Landmark Foundation training works because it is group based. Actually she is happily married and has overcome some of this, but not the physical symptoms. Now she is into weight lifting to solve her shoulder ache problem.
