Berlin Wall and Stonehenge

Well, I live about half an hour away from Stonehenge, and whilst I would LOVE to
do a full proving of it, they don't take kindly to folks chipping bits off !! (Actually,
it is cordoned off to the public - except at Solstice, when you can turn up at the
crack of dawn and chant, if you are dressed in a white sheet.) Even then there is
'police presence', so any chance of taking a small hammer to it after carefully
concealing it beneath your robes is likely to result in a spell in the old Sarum police
cells. So hence the reason for the meditative proving only ....

Dear Andy,

Berlin Wall -
All the info I have points to a meditation on a piece of Berlin Wall brought back to
England soon after the wall was demolished. The blurb is "the wall itself was built
from the ruins of the buildings of old Berlin which were permeated with the ethos
of the old German state, a unified country only since 1871 and it symbolised the
fear and paranoia that dominated Europe after the Second World War. As such its
destruction marked the need to end the tribalism and fear of previous centuries as
we stood on the threshold of a new century and age. It may be that the picture of
this wall is archetypal for all walls. " [So Robin you don't have to start digging
chunks out of yours after all ;-) ]

Stonehenge -
"This remedy was prepared at Stonehenge by placing a vial of alcohol on the Hele
Stone at the Summer Solstice during the Druid Midsummer ceremony.
Stonehenge remains a powerful place, despite its fallen, missing and displaced
stones, strongly connected to solar energy and light. While obviously being
astronomically aligned, it was also devised, like the Great Pyramid [now THERE's
one that might be a good Proving! Immortality issues ?] for the focus of spiritual
power and as a place of profound initiation."

I've not entered into this 'debate' because a) I haven't got the scientific know-how
and b) I don't really care --- as long as a remedy works, where it came from is
academic to me. If it resonates - and essentially all we are dealing with is that - I'm
open to trying it.

However, we all have our point of 'suspending our belief', and mine is
about the warning that comes with the remedy Berlin Wall - that ([like Plutonium]
it should be kept well away from other rx bottles as it is strongly antidotal BUT it
does not antidote other rx the px is taking or taken. . . I'm sure you can explain
this, but it raises my (left) eyebrow slightly. ;-) Having said that, Plutonium is
much worse --- my homeopath keeps his in his toolbox in the garden shed
[apparently], due to the carnage that ensued when he kept it in the house. I
obviously don't feel able to comment on that, but even Helios Pharmacy will send
these two remedies in the post separately if ordered with others.

Warmest best wishes, Barbara
PS: I only have information on Stonehenge in book form - but if you want to email
me, time allowing, I'll answer any specifics you need !

Yikes the potential for accident in keeping it in the toolbox must be
enough to put him off DIY forever_ ahh maybe that's the excuse he
wants?

According to Helios, they keep theirs in the cellar.
I keep mine wrapped in foil and away from other remedies.

((( Thanks Barbara, for that info. I provisionally withdraw my sugg. that
this rx "Stonehenge" be the object of a full hahnemannian proving. These
circumstances are not optimal. A piece of the stone has much more
information of the historical use of the instrument that Stonehenge is---
than one morning of ritual by modern druids. Did they activate the
instrument? No disgrace on these folks at all, but a full proving in such a
case could be a waste of time without more prelim data. The genesis of this
rx is a thin representation of stonehenge, it would seem-too thin on which
to risk a whole 3-year process using a large group. I am sure the remedy
has SOME character, but it would be optimal to start with the real article.
Some clinical experience with that remedy AS MADE-- may indicate that it has
potential. If more data available on the rx (clinical or short proving), I
would love to see it, privately or on minutus, TIA.

Berlin Wall another "thought form" rx of which we already have clinical
evidence perhaps along the lines of of the expected themes of the rx, seems
a better test candidate of the validity of a thought form/concept remedy at
least at this point. Enough on which to base a full proving.

Great Pyramid, as you suggest, would be an ultimate example of a geomantic
remedy.

Emanation remedies such as Astronomical remedies made in telescopes are also
a very interesting topic, given the alchemical significance and attributions
already given over the millenia to all the planets, a large number of
asteroids; a few comets, and well over 700 fixed stars.

Best,
Andy
