Nanotechnology health risks

Hi,
My husband was telling me about current legislation and controversy concerning health risks due to nanotechnology. Materials are being produced which are measureable at the nano level (10 to the minus 7th mm). At this size, health and environmental risks are suggested. Nano is bigger than our homeopathy "vibrations" at 30c, but the discussion leaves me wondering what more we will find out about the world as the material content decrease in size and perhaps also measurability. See http://www.environmentaldefense.org/issue.cfm?subnav=29 I wish I could think about this in a more intellegent way, but I have a feeling that this kind of finding is coming closer to the homeopathic perspective.
Blessings,
Ellen
