bread mold -- antidote -- thanks

Hi all,
Many thanks for responses regarding my son's ingestion of moldy bread.
Turns out he probably ingested no mold, just panicked when he saw that the
underside of the piece he hadn't yet eaten was covered in mold. He said his
piece didn't taste moldy. I gave him lots of probiotics and some cayenne
capsules at the time. He's fine.
As usual, I learned a lot from the responses (as is always true on this
list). It wasn't ergot mold, of course, but reading about ergot was
informative.
Thanks again,
Margaret in Boston
