Books for midwives

Friends,
Besides the books by Perko and Castro, do NOT forget the great book by
Richard Moskowitz, MD. Although he is an MD in the Boston area, he
previously lived and practiced in Santa Fe and had an active "midwivery"
practice...and the joke around town was that he was as good as a midwife!
His book, HOMEOPATHIC MEDICINES FOR PREGANCY AND CHILDBIRTH, is full of
good materia medica and interesting cases...and his writing has a
sensitivity about it which many women relate to.
If you don't know him, he was a past-President of the NCH too!
