When out walking wondered about Thuja and osteoporosis. These
sufferers certainly would not like to be bumped into and broken.
In nursing homes hip and elbow areas are padded {wrapped in paper.]
Have not studied picture of Leptandra yet. I was amused thinking about
Thuja ,Jean

There is no reason why the 'fragility' associated with the conifer
family shouldn't apply to the physical sx. Thuja especially has
sensation as if limbs were made of wood or glass and would break
easily. Lots of cracking in the joints, hip joints give way and
brittleness and crumbling predominates (hence the fragility).
Leptandra is very much a liver rx full of anxiety, sadness and
depression.

Thanks Joy. Thought that if floppy nails indicated osteoporosis it
would be interesting to see if a more general picture of this state
could be in picture of remedies in in rubric floppy nails
EXTREMITIES; NAILS; complaints of; softening nails (3) : lept., plb.,
thuj.
A collapsed spine and skeletal pain may have present anxiety and
sadness and there is degeneration of spinal cord in Plumbum. Thuja as
described. Best Wishes Jean

Have been thinking about Leptandra since you posted. The weakness and
inability to even stand up and walk is present in Leptandra because of
the liver disease. Psoriatic arthritis is evident in softening of the
nails but more generally there is a link between poor nutrition and
nail disorders and as the liver dysfunction is so prominent in
Leptandra then I guess this would be the cause and/or connection as
there isn't much in the way of osteoporosis in Leptandra.
