Thanks very much for this. There are some aspects of this case that point to Med, and some to Thuj. I see Thuj is more represented in this particular sympom, but not heavily so. I may start the case off with placebo in order to see if more will come to light before giving a remedy.

However, it makes me think more of that rubric where turning the head to the side gives vertigo.
That is, I'm stretching it to mean that turning the head to the side (even slowly) could somehow be equivalent to one's vision seeing the objects moving side to side.
