Malaria/India/ homeoprophylaxis

Dear All,
I am wondering what other homeopaths with considerable experience
prescribing for travelers are advising their patients regarding
homeoprophylaxis for travel. I am about to bring my family to India and was
all set to go ahead with a fairly complex homeopathic regime. I have
recently heard a few too many stories that have scared me -- including one
of death after travel to India from hepatitis in someone who had been taking
the homeoprophylaxis as prescribed by a classical homeopath. I do not know
details about compliance or prior health status, but do know that a number
of London homeopaths are now recommending allopathic preparation for travel
as a result. I would like to hear others' experiences. I'm also curious to
hear from Indian homeopaths -- how do they protect themselves from malaria
(in particular)? Finally, do people consider china or china sulph to be the
superior prophylactic? Thanks for your input.
