Stage 1

Post by Rosemary C Hyde, Ph.D., C.C.H. »

I'm not thrilled with mechanistically going through the stages numerically (1, 2, etc...) -- but I'd still like to participate. Rosemary

Dear Rosemary, what stage would you like to suggest?

For what it's worth, it seemed as though it would be interesting to follow on Stage 8 with a Stage that would allow us to explore in depth some of the minerals that create salts with Stage 8 minerals -- 15, 16, 0r 17. Then after one of these, go back to an earlier stage, like 1 or 2, that creates more salts with the stage we selected. That alternation back and forth would give us chances to get deeper into the nature of each individual mineral by studying in some sequence both the mineral itself and its salts, and examining the common elements.

It can't be done perfectly logically, of course, but it just seems more interesting to me than once again proceeding from right to left (which also makes sense of course in terms of the progression of development of the miasms. BUT it strikes me that even that progression is more likely to stand out if we skip from middle to end to beginning -- we create bigger contrasts than going sequentially step by step).

It was just a thought. Typically study efforts that go mechanistically from beginning to end bog down in the middle someplace (who hasn't studied the remedies beginning with A much more often than, for instance, Zinc and Zingiber, as part of group efforts? I submit the same is probably true relative to Natrum and Kali as opposed to the halogens, for instance.)

:-)) Rosemary

Dear Rosemary, do you mean, for example, studying ferrum nit; ferrum
phos; ferrum ars; ferrum sulph; ferrum iod? Or do you mean choose group
15, for example, because the salts would be related to some of the
remedies in this group and then that way we could include the whole
group and not part of it.

Personally I quite like the idea of looking at a more straight line
within the table because some surprising connections come through, as
they did in group 8.

You get to choose :-))
