Minutus

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know if you can put homeopathic remedies of herbal remedies in
g-tube and get the same effect as if it were taken orally? I have a 10 mo.
old who doesn't swallow and has the g-tube. He has had congestion since birth
and has an offensive odor from his breath due to bacteria and not swallowing.
What remedy/natural herbs could i put in the g-tube to dry up the congestion
out of his chest. He will be starting therapy (for swallowing soon) but
would like to know what if anything can I use . I have Pulsatilla 6x. I also have
horehound and cherry bark blend and echinacea/goldenseal. Please help

I would say yes - remedies will work if put down a G-tube - I have done this with others and seen the results - also with animals when the pill is put down the back of the throat.
As for appropriate remedies - I think you will get the best result by consulting a professional homeopath, who will take all of your son's circumstances into consideration - this will be well worht the investment of time and money.

Hi

This may have been suggested before, but why not just dissolve it water and
moisten the lips or just inside of the mouth?

The case needs to be considered by a local competent homoeopath.

Don't forget that remedies also work very well if rubbed on the skin (espedcially, I find, the lips), or even by olfaction. There are many possibilities for administering remedies in solution. Rosemary

They can just be absorbed in the mouth after dissolved in water too - no
need to swallow
