Aggravations.

Well, I am a very sensitive patient who gets aggravated by almost any potency. To get around it I try the following some of which even my doctor, who is on this list, may not approve of;
1. I take my doses half an hour after my meals/dinner and not on an empty stomach.
2. I tend to take my medicines at night, even the anti psorics, fearing aggravation during day time.
3. I take just one medicated globule in case of C, and thrice diluted in case of LM.
I have even tried just sniffing at the remedy or just rubbing a little solution into my skin. Often even this method has caused me an aggravation !!
Another thing which I may not have reported had I not read a post on this list is, often just carrying the bottle of the remedy home in my shirt pocket from the chemists shop has given me relief. I have observed this on more than one occasion.
Regards,
Jagannath.
