Venkat:
Peculiarity is decided by context or circumstances.
1.has to urinate when awake night always.(puls)
If it started recently - yes;
If the patient spontaneously reported this - yes; since it was
noticed for some reason.
Yes
Same as for 1. Depends on circumstances. If this does not occur
after all food ( how about lunch or dinner?) and if it is recent yes.
If the urge comes even after there has been a satisfactory bowel
movement before breakfast- then yes. There seems to be a reflex at
work here.
Has this been there since married? Or is it recent. What causes the
urge? Is there any irritation set up by coition, Is coition itself
painful? IF there is anything else that makes this significant - if
the patient complains about this - then yes. Not necessarily
peculiar but important,
Yes
Peculiarity is also individualized.Right? What is peculiar for some
may not be for some one else's routine. Certain things might be
peculiar most of the time for example 5 above. Even there - need to
rule out some spinal pathology being the reason. If there is a
pathology that could explain this, then the symptom becomes less
important.
