Cancer Tx in USA

I have heard the MD's can lose their license in the USA for suggesting any
alternative treatments. They have a tough job.

We have free choice in America to choose our own health care. Of course
getting reimbursed by insurance companies for anything not Rx by the MD's and even
many things MD's do Rx is really tough.

As a homeopath I do not treat disease. I treat people who happen to be
experiencing dis-ease. In the USA we can NOT use the word CURE if not an MD and we
are not allowed to treat cancer or other dis-eases if not a licensed MD. Even
as a licensed Doctor of Oriental Medicine AND recognized as a primary care
physician in Florida I am not allowed to say someone has a cold or flu legally
since that is a western diagnosis.

I have had some remarkable results treating people who are experiencing
symptoms their MD said was cancerous. I explain to my patients that the beauty of
homeopathy is that they are not labeled with a disease but with the solution
for balance and health = the homeopathic remedy or constitutional treatment.
In your authorization for treatment form it would be wise to include such a
statement and have them sign it.

Several of my patients went back to the MD's and were told that they never
had cancer to begin with. They angrily told the MD's why did they want to
subject them with their poisons and surgery then. Of course they were thrown out of
the MD's office.

In defense I work with several MD's who like our medicine.

Sincerely,
Sunny

It depends on which state you live in. In the states with Health
Freedom laws like CA
and several others, unlicensed practitioners are not bound in this way.
The CA law
has requirements on disclosure and non-invasive therapies, otherwise we
can treat
anything. We are still bound by mal-practice laws and truth in
advertising.
