LM use and test dose

Dear List,

I have been reading the posts regarding the usage and management of LM
potencies. During the past five years I have mostly used LM potencies in
the medicinal solution (as well as C potencies in this manner)in my
practice. My case records consist of well over 200 ongoing and completed
LM cases over this period. I have been consistent in using a 3-4 test
doses every three or four days, as David Little suggested, based on
temperament, sensitivity and the context of the causation.

This has been excellent for management since it is a clear way to see if a
"striking" or progressive improvement is occuring (or any other factors
needed for case management i.e. healing aggravations, accesory symptoms
etc.). Consequent adjustments in dose (succussions, frequency, amount from
remedy solution bottle or dilution cup etc) are more practical and
efficient plus a collaboration and empowerment for and with the patient is
very helpful.

I have had sveral successful cases where due to sensitivity, progressive
and steady improvements resulted with as little as two succssions and 1/2
teaspoon diluted into a second cup and ingesting 1/2 teaspoon every two,
three or four days. Several cases, although a small percentage have worked
well with a single or a very short duration of doses. Aggravations do
occur with the LMs in the management of cases, and a distinct ending
aggravation usually at the completion of treatment is obvious in most
cases.

Luc De Schepper's book "Achieving and Maintaining the Simillimum," (2004),
describes in detail case management with LM potencies as well as several
excellent articles by David Little on his web-site.

Warm Regards,
Ken

If you have Internet access, you have access to Google.com where you can
search for articles, listings, and websites. I just put in luc de
schepper and the first one that comes up is:
