Mycelized Vit E

Mycelized Vit E is a water soluble Vit E (d-alpha tocopherol acetate) that
supposedly allows for easy assimilation. Can anyone advise me on what the
term or process mycelized refers to. And what advantages does it have over
the fat soluble Emulsified Vit E (d-alpha tocopherol) ?
