Dear Nandana

Ign 200 daily is a worry prescription for me when treating a chronic case.

Repeating the same potency without evaluation between doses is not
recommended.

You have not described the headache type/quality and location times etc.

I cannot remember why you chose Ign.

But if it was old grief you may now consider Nat-m and I would suggest LM
potency. At the same time the quality of the headache should be checked and
if it is for example << any movement you should consider Bry to be taken
when there is an acute attack of headache.

Headache and High BP need to be taken seriously in case there is a threat of
a stroke.

You should also encourage this patient to drink lots of water - in Europe
where there is little loss for evaporation we recommend something like 2
litres. In your perhaps warmer locality, you may consider a greater volume.
She should perhaps take this in sips if she find drinking large quantity
difficult.

Also take note that tea or coffee etc do not count towards this liquid in
take as they both cause dehydration as the body uses precious water to flush
them out.
