Me - Trigeminal neuralgia

(Apology for previous wrong title)
I have got what I think is Trigeminal Neuralgia . Any suggestions please!!! I have just thought what this painful toothache extending to the left side of my face, to the ear and eye and when very acute lasts about 20 mins. It can appear any time of day or night and between bouts I wouldn't think there was anything wrong. It would also explain why my dentist can't find anything wrong with the upper or lower teeth on the left side. It's hard to say what starts it off but today it started off during the cool down at aerobics and this has happened before. Sometimes a hot drink/food or cold will start it off and sometimes it wakes me from sleep.
All suggestions I will pass on to my homeopath!!!

Hi, Rochelle.
With the temperature modalities, being awakened at night, and neuralgic pain, would China be worth looking at? Other less likely possibilities might be Lach or Ferr, if the whole case fits, of course.... Just thoughts. Rosemary

Hi Rochelle
some suggestions
during acute attack try Spigelia 200, Mezereum 6, Bell 3 or Magnesium phos
3X
if it becomes chronic then consider Calc carb 200 (courtesy P. Banerji)
Will send more details of the chronic totality if you need.
Best
Robyn

Hi I just worked with a 72 yr old gentleman with a similar condition and his
rx was Nux.v. 30C dilute, he is doing very well , so thought this may be an
rx to look at. but again as we all know everyone is individual and thus so
is the rx.
good luck and many blessings

Thanks to everyone for their suggestions. Since the acupuncture and cranial this morning am having more episodes!!! My homeopath is sending me Aranea d. which I hope will reach me before I have to set off for the airport as I am going away for 10 days tomorrow. My last Rx was a spider and this could be an agg from that although it cleared up other things. As well as starting up as it pleases today if I lie down and try to sleep it starts up about 15 mins later - this is what happened last night when I went to bed and at 5 a.m.!!!
I'll survive. I'll take some Nux with me as well as other suggestions I have already tried Bell, Hyper and Cham.

Oh, poor you! Take a look at Verbascum thapsus.
There's also Dr. Ramakrishnan's approach, which would be to use Spigelia or
perhaps Kalmia, 3 pellets of 200c dissolved in water and sipped for a total
of 10 doses. For very severe trigeminal neuralgia, he goes up to 10M, qid,
for one day. One of his mainstays is Mag-phos. 200c, dissolved in warm or
hot water, if your sxs fit.
Peace,
Cinnabar

Yes I have done Dr AUR course and that is exactly what I did with the
very well
indicated Aranea d that my homeopath prescribed. I have just taken the 200 as
strong painkillers are not having any effect on the bouts. Between bouts I am
fine!!
