Pregnancy problem

Female patient, second pregnancy - just 24 weeks gestation.
She has been told by the obstetrician to rest because the cervix is softening and is slighltz open - 1cm.
She had the same problem in her first pregnancy, and she delivered at 35 weeeks.
She has no other szmptoms - no pain, no sensations at all. Her appetite is normal - no cravings. Energy is good.
I did consider the rubric "abortion, 5th month", and "tendency", but these are not really satisfactory, they are not accurate.
Anyone got any suggestions?
Liz

Hello, I found a little rubric that might be of help but it actually refers
to labour when the cervix becomes soft but I thought it might be useful for
you and Ustilago is there which has a soft and spongy cervix. Hopefully
there is more in the case that would confirm. Thanks. Kerry
