Remedy lists - was The treatment of AUTISM or PDD

I understand the overall argument that the only responsible approach to homeopathy is taking the full case, and looking for the individualized remedy - but I do appreciate various 'lists of remedies' that seem to repeat over and over in specific ailments, complaints, or types of cases. I have had times when wonderful remedies did not rep high, and I may not have read up on them had it not been for such a list of suggestions. It could be a error in my part by not using the exact vocabulary that brings them up in the rep, or whatever. I use reping to help me narrow down the reading list (I desparately need a photographic memory), but it is ONLY to help with the reading list. I do not choose a remedy based on the rep process, and would not choose a remedy based on a list of common remedies for a specific complaint. Unfortunately we have so many remedies, and they are unevenly represented. I need every resource I can use to locate the right remedy for the individual.
If the question is what remedy do you use for Autism - then I agree with your argument that the question is allopathic. But if someone asks for suggestions or previous experience with autism - then perhaps it is worth working on a list more on the order of 'check these out before you make your final decision'.
When I have asked questions on this list, I have occasionally been rewarded with a true gem of information.

ps - any hints on developing a photographic memory would be greatly appreciated!
