				Litanies of disaster

Every time I see this young attractive, potentially creative woman for
hours she could talk of all the perceived disasters she faces. Very
hard not to blame her for wallowing in it as I have tried many sensible
approaches, and given much support but know I have just not prescribed
correctly. She has as well a goitre ,not toxic and ultrasound clear.
Reading Mirelli's rep this last few days and Myric comes up quite often
for her state of despair. Does anyone have experience of it.
Thanks Jean

				From Mirelli
Themes; Work; Feels awkward - unskillful - about her work, which she
cannot accomplish - succeed, prosper - satisfactorily. (He, 12-) (1) :
spong.
The first remedy I used in a 30c. Maybe should have used it much
higher???/ She did think her throat space felt clearer. Her negativity
is getting me down and she sees me at no cost . Has no money to seek a
second opinion, Jean

Myric an interesting rx (aren't they all?). Very haughty, above others,
doesn't like to talk, indifferent, sometimes this is because they are
confused about themselves. When they come out of this they are unusually
exhilarated or irritable. It is a liver rx, whole digestive sphere filled
with mucous. Also heart rx, close to Digitalis.
Have you thought about Calcarea?
Best wishes, Joy

Calc Carb. Yes, made I thought a good case for it, Used it in 1M as
mental state seemed to require that. Naja used once. Naja often very
successful for me. Lac Caninum as her Red Cross psychologist maintains
she has such low self esteem. I see her more as full of fear and
disappointment.
The last remedy I used was Ignatia which she thought might have
helped a bit. She had had very bad news about son's difficulties with
life. She has canceled last 2 appts because she did not feel up to drive
in. I am in a position where I supply needed certificates but getting
nowhere[as yet]with improving her mental state. I tried to avoid this
situation by initially insisting she keep her own GP but when that
relationship deteriorated felt I had to fill the gap. Frankly ,weary
and should withdraw. She can be haughty, thought she had found a GP,as
I keep advising , but then because was kept waiting over 30 mins and no
apology said she could not go to anyone like that. Besides most charge
a gap fee now. Regards Jean

She talks about working her butt off for the family and then they do
something terrible to her. The various illnesses and deaths in family
for which she feels personally responsible. I would have thought morbid
grief over a stepfather who was not even good to her. Then there is RSI
and Carpal Tunnel [all I think to do with her tension] . Then her
son, he is alive and well, just confused about identity and needs
loving . It goes on and on. She has rather a fixed stare and can
smile but does not do so often. She sits in corner of waiting room
where it is hard to see her. She feels the cold. Tends to sit rather
hunched. Fear at night. Nothing remarkable about food or thirst.
Initially seemed to long for a romantic relationship but have not talked
about that recently. It is beginning to seem to me she is holding on
to her state and it is even perhaps reinforced by her counseling???/
Obviously I have just not found the remedy Thank you Jean

It is humiliating to sit in the corner, as if she has been told off - duty
bound, romantic needs, could be Nat mur
