A quick scan of Synthetic rep. gives us DIGITALIS in all these rubrics

When someone cries so much from a 'broken heart' the heart remedies will
always be worth looking at.
Phatak = anxious about the future, sadness, with sleeplessness, from unhappy
love, from music.
Mind symptoms, like any other symptoms are only misleading if we are
inaccurate about them, but they are still very important. I think we need to
know our repertories as much as our materia medicas.
This case is a wonderful demonstration of digitalis. Well done.
