Please read carefully and comment!
'If we exclude the chronic conditions which are
persistent reactions to errors in diet or life style,
the remaining chronic diseases are actually the
continuous persistent effort of the organism to
overcome an old imperfectly 'seen' acute condition
stimulated by a physical, mechanical, mental,
biological,… shock remaining unresolved.

This shock can be an acute infection or mechanical or
emotional trauma happened during the lifetime of the
organism, in the fetal period or even in the previous
generation. The reason why such stimulus may not be
'seen' psychologically, neurologically,
immunologically,… can be either because of the unknown
or partially known structure of the stimulus or the
high amplitude of the stimulus or the disturbance
caused by it beyond the range of adaptability of the
organism.

If the old unresolved acute condition with all of its
accompanying features is again 'seen' by the organism
in a way that homeostasis is not severely disturbed by
the high amplitude of the simulated acute state, the
sound adaptation follows and the compensatory
imperfect reaction of the organism which sustains the
chronic manifestation disappears.

This can be accomplished by induction of a perfect
regression by any agent or action which creates an
acute-like condition similar in structure to the
original acute state but with minimal amplitude of
stimulation.

Dynamized remedies are effective tools for this kind
of stimulation as they induce the data of a structure
with minimized amplitude of the kind of the force
which results in shocks if used in appropriate potency
and dose.'

This is a lovely summary! And it seems to me that the variety of
potentially successful treatment options all follow from:

Which to me seems consistent with the (generally accepted?) observation
that "presenting picture" remedy has a deeper effect--*if* you have the
right remedy to match it; but that the other approaches can work well
too.

(Which takes me back to my questions to Peter, re attacking
microorganisms versus strengthening the "soil"/constitution? And my
guess is that some cases will need one, others will need the other, and
yet others will need both...)

Yes.

If we find the original acute condition linked to the
present predominating complaints of the patient [It
can be a state induced by a trauma (mental of
physical), infection (what is actually the primary
picture of a chronic miasm), post-vaccination
effects,...] and prescribe according to the totality
of symptoms of the original acute condition which is
actually PRESENT now but covered with all the
compensatory reactions, the healing process begins. As
there may be more than one of these events in the
lifetime of the patient or the previous generations, a
step by step (layers) analysis should be done.

I have been working on this meta-model for the past
2-3 years which explains why different methods and
schools (although appearing different) can work. This
meta-model leads to a specific type of case analysis
in chronic conditions with great results.

I beleive that this is the extension of the main
concept in Hahnemann's Chronic Diseases which can
greatly transform our practice. Later I will send
samples of practical application of this meta-model.

Dear Shannon,

If any system of precription, like prescribing on the
basis of chronic miasms, post-vaccination states,
present picture, seeing what is presistent, on the
basis of themes, constitutional (as commonly defined),
isopathy (if it has worked in a particular
case),....... what has happened is the fact that we
have precsribed on the basis of the underlying
original unresolved acute or primary stae which is
actually living in the patient NOW!!

If a "shock" remains unresolved the organism will always "shape shift"
according to susceptibility, getting deeper and deeper as it takes a further
hold. The range of the adaptability of the organism will still be subjected
to susceptibility regardless of whether the stimulus be known, partially
known or hidden completely.

Are you saying that "dynamized remedies" are the agents that create an
acute-like condition similar in structure to the original acute state but
with minimal amplitude of stimulation. Aren't we already doing that? Doesn't
this belong to the basics of Homeopathy?

Just today I have been discussing a case with a colleague. The case was of
sudden paralysis of the lower limbs, with some numbness but also extreme
sensitivity of the skin. Tests had not shown anything such as a stroke but
of course there had to be a cause/trigger of some kind. The person had been
feeling unwell with 'flu like sx some time before the paralysis. But a polio
like state was also suspected. Careful tracing back through the case history
revealed a similar state to the flu'/polio like sx. Even though it was never
diagnosed as polio, Lathyrus nonetheless cured the case.

This is a good example of the original unresolved acute, lying in wait and
planning the chronic manifestation in one who was susceptible. Lathyrus, as
a dynamized rx, re-awakened the imperfect reaction of the organism and
allowed a completion to occur (cure) - again, basic homeopathy.

What are dynamized rx? I hope this isn't a "here we go again" renaming of
Homeopathic remedies

That is, treat the active state. If the chronic state is latent, then a
prescription based on that, even if you decide "the patient is a Sulphur"
etc. will not work. If the active state is an actual acute with new
characetristics, the a new remedy is called for. Once that is over, the
chronic latent state is again active and can be treated with the
chronic/constitutional/etc remedy.

The presenting active state manifests the vital force at points of greatest
suscetibility. The remedy will thus be imposed to the greatest degree when
it is similar to this state, by virtue of patient susceptibility. The
chronic state will not be dominant and so susecptibilty has shifted to the
acute state. Which is all in line with the analysis of dissimilar disease
states. The chronic state and the (new) acute state are dissimilar, with
the new state being more intense, hence stronger. So the stronger
dissimilar state suppresses the weaker chronic state. When the acute state
is over, the dissimlar weaker chronic state reappears (all as per Organon),
and then susecptibility is reached for the chronic state.

If however the chronic state is active, hence the "acute disease state" is
characteristic of the chronic state, then that is where susceptibilty is
greatest and the "chronicremedy" will cure.

Now in both instances, the prescription is based on the total disturbance of
the vital force as a dynamic entity. Isopathy fails to address that, as
does post-vaccination analysis and clinical prescriptions based on local
symptoms, as these do not take into account the dynamic disturbance of the
VF. When we have an infection, the whole of the vital force is disturbed,
psora or the benereal miasms are omnipresent for the VF the moment that
"infection" occurs and are not just present as the outward manifestation.

The isopathy (if it had worked - as you had mentioned) would only work if it
is homeopathic to the case, i.e. it addressed the total dynamic disturbance
at the time of administration. Then it would be homeopathy and not isopathy
(whether by luck or whatever). The chances of a successful match by the
isopathic method of choice is far less than the sure, proven teachable
method of homeopathy.

This is very similar to Sankaran's concept of "Delusion".
It is excellent but I am wondering whether not infectious agent can cause
such persistent reactions in VF?

The model explains why Sankaran's concept of delusion
can work.

And yes.... acute 'conditions' caused by infectious
'agents' if not 'seen' and resolved lead to
compensatory imperfect persistent reactions of VF
resulting in chronic non-contagious states.

Sorry, It seems that I have made mistake in typing and I mean "non
Infectious agent".
As I understand from Organon, in true acute diseases VF knows and recognizes
its enemy and can fight against it and in this battle the outcome is
complete recovery (VF is winner) or death (pathogen is winner) but in true
chronic diseases, the pathogen (chronic miasm) induces confusion in VF,
therefore VF can not recognize its enemy and we will see imperfect
persistent reaction to other stimuli (exciting causes). I am wondering
whether "non" infectious agents can induce such confusion in VF or not?
