Thanks for Clarifying.
Yes the patients with a present/past history of TB are doing very
well on it, inspite of the AKT (Anti Koch's treatemnt). Also one
pateint has a history of recurrent intermittent fever.
So that makes sense.

Actually here in South India, when someone dies of AIDS (ie HIV
positive), the diagnosis is written as TB on the death certificate,
because otherwise they are prohibitied (socially) from using the
common crematorium if they ahve AIDS!.
