Any one out there have much experience using both Bach Flower
essences and standard homeopathic remedies concurrently? Do you find
they interfere with, counteract or antidote each other as if they were
two stadard homeopathic remedies? Or do they seem to operate
differently enough from each other that this is seldom a problem?

Regards,

DAVE

I have used Flower Essences in the same way I use Cell Salts. They are wonderful for giving comfort during (or even resolving) acute situations. I've never seen any 'antidoting' or 'interference' of a well chosen remedy.

I don't think the BFR interact or enhance - they just act according to
their indications. Useful sometimes on follow up when a remedy may be
acting but the mental state calls for something in addition, perhaps
from some life situation that has arisen. I've also given BFR alone
and seen progress according to Hering's Law, from above down, etc.

I often use flower essences along with potentized remedies. I much prefer
the Australian Bush Flower Essences to the Bach. I find they are especially
useful in cases where patients need immediate support emotionally, but I
feel the homeopathy will be a long haul. I have never found precsribing them
simultaneously to be a problem, but I have been surprised on a number of
occassions at how deep acting the flower essences can be.
