folliculinum aggravation

Hi,

I recently gave Foll LM1 to a patient who had been doing quite well
on Nat-Mur but was "stuck", and the Foll caused an agg of extra heavy
menstrual bleeding. I have another patient who came to me after
receiving Foll 200C one dose with exactly the same story, very heavy
menstrual bleeding, together with worsening of M/E symptoms. The
second patient had been doing OK on Aur-Mur, but needed to move
further and was given the Foll by her homeopath in the belief that it
was strongly related to the causality. In both cases, heavy
menstrual bleeding was an old symptom, but also in both cases there
is anemia and risk from such an aggravation.

What should I learn from this? Is this a classic agg of Foll? The
LM 1 was given in a test dose, and then a week later two more test
doses on alternating days. It seems if the heavy bleeding is an old
symptom, Foll is indicated but maybe I should be giving it in
extremely low doses to start? Anyone with experience of this?

As always, I appreciate your input!
