Of course if you are in a very isolated spot it could be difficult to
work out.
Try Google perhaps- for AID agencies - might be a good starting point?
Shouldn't be too difficult to find their addresses.
and I'm sure they accept cheques which can be posted, assuming you have
a postal service near you.
