I told a friend of mine about the Candida test where you spit into a
glass of water and look at it later and see if it is floating on top
or sunk to the bottom (please don't ask which way means Candida as I
am in Israel and don't have my notes to hand!!) . Anyhow she did it
and it proved negative 4 times yet she has many candida syptoms and
has been told she has this. Her question to me was how reliable is
it and I said I hadn't clue but would ask if anyone else knew!!

Regards
Rochelle

The only reliable test I know from spitting its that if you spit and it
goes in your face then the wind is blowing in your face

I don't know about the test, but I also had many candida
symptoms from age 17 to age 47. The caprylic acid, probiotics,
plus anti-candida diet for 2 months did nothing. For myself, the
answer 10 years after that regimen was receiving a single dose of
Nat Mur 30C, which resolved decades of difficult symptoms.
Poof, candida syndrome gone. In retrospect, it didn't matter
whether I "had" candida. Many chiro's who do various
tests and diets are ignorant but well intended, can create so
much trial and confusion for their patients, at high dollar
of course. It's the patient who pays in every way. NAT MUR
30C is a good remedy to consider for *somaticized stress to the
colon*, especially chronic problems with trapped gas,
spastic colon, and some Nat Mur mental/emotionals. For me,
other potencies did nothing or worse. And I have seen good
effects of Nat Mur 30C in others with similar problems. I mention
this as it may be useful to someone.
