Hi,
I rather agree with Soroush,
In any case the more material/physical the illness it is better to start
with lower potencies and the more dynamic it is then go for higher ones.
However it is not a wrong practice to go for IM right away in any case
provided you have ample experience with the same kind or similar kind of
cases to know that IM (or any potency as for that matter) is the right one
for the case. But here the real point of dissent is giving many does at once
before assessing the progress. It is definitely a bad practice because every
dose acts (if it is the similimum or even a similar one) and any hasty
repetition definitely spoil the case especially one with predominance of
physical/pathological symptoms. I think enough had been said about it
between Shannon and Soroush (for all to hear/read) about it a few days
earlier!
Also note that a sprained ankle and a residual symptom from a nerve injury
is something entirely different. The first one is the struggle of the nerve
to get attention so that it can go back to normal as soon as possible. The
second one is the struggle of the physician/therapist to wake up the
sleeping/dormant nerve so that the patient can go back to normal as far as
possible. (If needed I will explain it further).
Best Regards,
Dr. Abdul Gafar, BHMS, DNHE.
