periodic outbreak on throat

Dear all,
I have a periodic outbreak (allergy?) of small reb blobs and veiny
discolorations on my soft palate and on the back of my throat. Tonsils NOT
involved. How do I look this up? Other sugestions? I have a history of cancer and
currently a duodenal ulcer and probably candida, enjoy life. Many thanks.
