need rubric or remedy suggestions for SRP in 5 yr old boy

I'm treating a lively, engaging five-year-old boy with
'asthma' plus a loose chest cough and a discharge
between his foreskin and penis. Medorrhinum naturally
comes to mind.
This boy also strokes his forehead and cheeks
regularly. His parents think he doesn't even realise
he does it. I can't find any rubric to cover this, and
I would like to. The closest I've come is:
Mind- impelled to touch everything in children (carc,
Cina)
Mind-makes stroking, sensuous gestures (falco-pe)
I don't believe either of these rubrics are accurate.
Both are from Synthesis 8.1, and I've no other
repertory.
Can anyone suggest rubrics (and remedies) or materia
medicae references that more closely cover unconscious
stroking of the face in children?
Thanks.
