Minutus

Please everyone, spend a little time editing your
replies to the minutus mailing list. In digest form we
see long messages that repeat standard "form letter"
text with every message for a few screen pages, just
to add a few sentence reply.

Try to edit your messages to JUST what you are
replying to and keep on subject. That makes the
discussions easier to keep track of instead of
scrolling through pages of repititious text over and
over.

Perhaps the group settings could be changed so that
all of the messages are NOT automatically forwarded
when replying.
