* Mental Exercise:
As we mentioned in the article, the most important confounding factor in Homeopathic researches is the wrong diagnosis for which there is no standard method of control. We can only reduce it relatively by using several Homeopaths to diagnose the proper remedy. But this is not sufficient because there are significant differences amongst practitioners and different methods of individualizing the patients' cases and not enough preliminary research has been done to define and standardize these differences. Therefore, the best solution under the circumstances is choosing subjects which have the least diagnostic controversy. One of these best subjects is Arnica in Trauma. Almost all Homeopaths in any method declare that the best remedy for the acute effects of Trauma is Arnica. (However Arnica is not the only proper remedy for any kind of Trauma). Therefore the results of different investigations on this subject are almost the same and revealer the efficacy of Homeopathy.

* Case Presentation:
Choosing the system of remedy, we need to refer the difference among the systems.
As a rule, as the dilution ratio and number of succession increase during each step of potentization, the remedy will act deeper and gentler. Therefore LM potencies have the deeper and gentler action than Centesimal and finally Decimal remedies. Furthermore in comparison of LM potencies to Centesimal, the first group have gradually rising primary action and continue to deeper levels but the Centesimal remedies have a very fast and stormy beginning and followed by gradually decreasing in the action. These two different patterns are similar to Chronic and acute diseases in order.
The complications of pregnancy are mostly because of a chronic miasms and any aggravation can cause irreversible complications for mother and fetus.
Considering all these facts, it is better to use LM potencies in this case.
Regarding potency, as a rule in LM potencies we can start from the lowest potencies (1-6) and follow the treatment in an ascending method.
The last variable which should be chosen is the Dose of prescription:
Choosing the dose will be done on the basis of the estimated sensitivity of the patient. As much as the patient is more sensitive we have to use smaller doses (Organon 281).
To define the sensitivity of patient we can use below criteria:
The Hypersensitive patients sometimes have rapid reaction to external stimuli, maybe have allergy to several agents, and should abide a severe diet to avoid stomach upset.
Patients with long history of allopathic medical drugs usage especially corticosteroid and other strong suppressive remedies, advance chronic disease and old persons are better to be considered as hypersensitive.
The opposite symptoms can be considered as the criteria of Hyposensitivity.
In this case we do not have any criteria which support the diagnosis of Hypersensitivity but because of a history of premature contractions, it is better to be more conservative and use smaller doses. The proper dose for normal sensitivity persons is 1-2 Dilution glasses and 5-7 successions.
Considering these factors, Lycopodium LM2 was prescribed with below direction:
5 successions / 2 Dilution glass / two times a week,
Deciding about previous allopathic medicines is on the basis of several factors which you can find it in future Refresher courses. It means that we can not stop all allopathic medicine suddenly and we should consider several conservative criteria.
But in summary, because Iron supplements do not have any counteraction with Homeopathic treatment, it can be allowed to be continued along with Homeopathic treatment. (Refer to the same refresher course.)
