Dear Sir,
That was some wonderful information from you. We in India have read of that epidemic in Kerala but did not know that homoeopathic prophylactics were used to control it. This is great news indeed (unfortunately ignored by the Indian press) as more and more people in India are concerned over the compulsory vaccination programme undertaken in the country. Parents who prefer alternate medicine are also forced to vaccinate their children as, if in case of any emergency, they have to consult an allopathic physician, the said doctor will not attend to the child if he has not received the vaccinations.
It is sad that though homoeopathy is recognised by the Government, homoeopathic prophylactics are not given due importance.
Can you not, in your capacity, take up the case and ask the Govt to consider homoeopathic prophylactics to be valid and treated at par with modern vaccinations? That will be a great help. Many children will be saved from the retinue of vaccinations they are subjected to.
