"PROOF POSITIVE: Homeopathy works, but Dr Jacques isn't around to hear his
work vindicated

It is tragic that it has taken 16 years to vindicate the controversial
discoveries of Dr Jacques Benveniste - and in the very week that he has
died"

There has been a flurry of interst in this Inflammation Weekly article but
it was actually published in May 2004 - so JB would have known of the
research - in fact may well have known of it long before publication. That's
the good news.
However, the research shows that extreme dilutions work on basophils in a
test tube. This is important in the debate with those who dismiss homeopathy
solely because of the dilution issue are but is a long way short of proof
positive that homeopathy works. Neither JB nor the current researchers were
actually setting out to prove homeopathy as such , although their results
are of obvious interest to us.
Proof positive of homeopathy has to come from trials on *people*, and will
be about similars as well as dilution.
