My mum!!

Dear All,
I am looking for sugggestions. I am abroad looking after my Mum as
my sister
is in England and I have sent the girl who looks after her (not that
she needs
it) for a holiday!!
My Mum is very well but she has a sore bottom!!
She is incontinent (urination) at night and wears incontinent pants
with an
integral washable pad (washed with normal washing liquid). Her
buttocks are red
and desquamating. I have found DESQUAMATION, OF HARDENED PIECES
OF: (8)
1 am-c, 1 ant-c, 1 bor, 2 graph, 1 ran-b, 3 SEP, 2 sil, 1 sulph

When I first arrived it was hardened pieces . I have been washing
the area twice
a day,and put Calendula ointment on rather than the zinc oxide/cod
liver oil
that she has been using. By yesterday the area was free from the
loose hardened
skin but still red although a darker colour. This morning the
skin has
started dequamating again so obviously this is a continual prcess.
Looking at
the Rx above Sepia is very interesting as her other problem is that
during the
day when she gets up from sitting she leaks as she rushes to
urinate. She
urinates up to 24 taimes a day she tells me. She is on allopathic
medication
since an angioplasty 4 years ago. I can understand why she is on the
drugs for
congestive heart but not why she is on a hypertensive when she tells
me that
she has Low BP or why she should be on drugs to stop Uric acid
formation. Sheis
also on Fusid and if she doesn't take this her ankles and legs
swell up. I
realise that Fusid is probably the cause of the constant urination.
Her
constitutional Rx is Arsenicum through and through and she calls it
her Happy
pills and takes a 6C when she can't sleep and I wonder if this could
have
caused the problem.
Any comments would be appreciated. I have got a box of commen Rx
with me.

manuka honey is supposed to be helpful for such skin conditions - doesn't
address the cause as homeopathy would, but would help heal what is present
while working on the cause
