You seems to have mistook the suggestion. I was not recommending placebo as
a remedy for impotency in this particular case. But telling him that
impotency is so tricky that if the patient is having fear of getting
impotent by taking Agnus he may even get it by placebo if he is told that it
is Agnus.
Of course there are many approaches to treating impotency and Yohimbinum is
a good homoeopathic remedy. Damiana and Nuphar is also good. Did you ever
try Orchitinum?

Dear Dr Abdul Gafar, Thankyou, I did get the journal thankyou, apologies I
did not recognise your name, and Yes I did misunderstand you, I thought you
were saying use a placebo to help with anxiety , so also apologies and yes a
remedy is always better than a placebo.
And I do not know the remedy Orch. very interesting I will look at it, also
do not know Nuphar. Thankyou it is wonderful to learn new remedies and this
is an area that I am wanting to learn more about. Thankyou for the article
