That Peter knows does not help me to know. To keep something secret
does not improve the medical - legal situation. I would think to spread a
mysterious secret formula around the world is the type of thing that can
cause medical legal problems. Keeping something secret makes the sceptics
and those with control issues to raise their heads even more. We all know
how to make homeopathic remedies so no matter what the legal situation we
will continue even if we have to go underground. The best way to protect
something from being suppressed is to make sure that responsible parties
know all about it.
My guiding lights are openness, medical ethics and science. One does
not have to trust homoeopathy on faith alone as the way our remedies are
made and how we apply them clinically is universal knowledge. Is it so
strange for a responsible practitioner to want to know what they are
testing on a patient? We do not run clinical studies on faith alone. As of
yet I have not seen one study with placebo vs remedy, one laboratory report
showing an increase in white blood cell counts, one study with a person
going from HIV + to HIV -, etc. In India it cost around 700 rupees to do a
CD4+, that is around $14! A HIV test cost around 150 rupees, which is
around $3. That is certainly not too expensive to do a small study.
There are reports of patients improving symptomatically and staying
asymptomatic with traditional homoeopathy to this day. They look better and
feel better. The Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCRH) did double blind
study in 1999 which showed a relatively significant difference in pre and
post hematological levels between a group treated with homoeopathy and
those treated with placebo. They did not include any other methods likes
stress reduction, diet, exercise, removing bad habits, etc., which would
have most likely increased the numbers. Some patients clearly demonstrated
decent increases in white blood cell counts.
In another study one group was on traditional drugs like AZT and DDI
as well as other drugs by symptoms. The study is spread out over a period
of several years. The second group was put on homoeopathic medicines and
lifestyle counseling.The diets of both groups were the same. 50% of the
allopathic group expired, 30% deteriorated, and 20% stayed asymtomatic. In
the homoeopathic group 10% expired, 0% deteriorated, and 90% stayed
asymtomatic! Those that expired in the homoeopathic group lived much longer
than those in the allopathic group.The conclusion of study was that the was
that the homoeopathic group was "thriving" compared to the allopathic
group.There are homoeopaths spread throughout India doing good work in a
similar fashion.
The testing of patients was limited due to financial concerns as the
patients were poor. Nevertheless, laboratory test were done where possible.
One CD4+ test showed improvement from 310 to 531 in three months with
hemoglobin going from 3.2 to 11. 25. Some when from 62 to 281 two months,
etc. Most patients continued to improve and stayed asymptomatic. Even
patients with very low numbers were kept asymptomatic. The cost of medicine
per patient was 60 rupees a month (a little over $1.50) (This and other

Homoeopathy is proving its worth and we can do BETTER than we are
today. There have been no studies with Hahnemann's advanced method for the
C and LM potency and we have not completed a well recorded group anamnesis
of many HIV patients that would show us the remedies with the highest
potential to really treat AIDS. We have not developed specific treatment
strategies involve constitutional remedies, anti-miasmatic, nosodes,
auto-nosodes and system, organ and tissue remedies. I live in the Himalayan
regions where we don't get these cases. I am planning, however, to do some
serious research in the Metros in the future and back it up with laboratory
reports. This can be done with a few thousand dollars and a small team. The
3rd world is a great place to do such research!!!
Until the real processes involved in mysterious trade secret of PC1 is
revealed and CD4+ and other tests are done, this work will be mostly for
the "faithful". It is not that expensive to do some testing on select
patients. I send people to the lab when needed. The "we don't have the
money" and "oh, it takes time" excuse is very weak. Years are passing and
this work is not being done. We are not talking of real large amounts.
People seem to find money for lots of other things. My advice to those
involved is to selected some cases, set up some good studies, pick cases
for laboratory tests, and get to work!

offered what I think are reasonable suggestions that would help not hinder
