I was only speculating about why you mentioned the prospect of telling
certain patients, "You have to wait [for symptom relief]". I know that is
sometimes the case during constitutional treatment, and I know that some
people haven't the patience (or perspective) for that and would rather have
quick relief via drugs (or whatever). Which I guess is the crowd you're
referring to.

You're definitely not the only "black sheep" here, tho others may darken
themselves with "deviations" other than combos. Personally, I will confess
to frequent use of herbs and nutritional information, which I sometimes find
far more appropriate than trying to address every single issue with a
remedy.

Personally I do *not* think we need to be defensive about the choices that
our personal experience and training have led us to make -- tho it's hard
not to get defensive when one is under attack (sigh)... (And I'm not
viewing David's remarks as attack, BTW.)

I have found your experiences with this very interesting and thought-
provoking. Please don't stop sharing them!
