anthrax

Dear Prof Felipe

One must clarify in one's mind that Homeopathy does not treat disease
names - although such names help in a way to put together a set of symptoms
in association with one another. In any case, it is 'what is individual to
the case' that is going to help with the selection of the correct remedy to
bring about relief.

It treats totality of symptoms presented by a patient.

In acute situations as anthrax, there sufficient symptoms that a patient may
exhibit to enable one to treat them by selecting the correct remedy.

These have been well reported by masters such as Kent etc.

Dear Didi,
I'm NOT a practitioner, but I've been on homeo lists for years and when
there's a discussion of remedies for conditions, I write them down. For
Anthrax, I've written ars, laches, anthracinum, ran-b, echinacea. To read about.

I remember a case of Kaaren Whitney's years back of a young girl who
had strange eruptions with blue black discolouration. After really
careful casetaking it was revealed that the child had been amongst
goats and although it could only have been assumed it was taken to be
some kind of anthrax exposure of the cutaneous form, which aided the
prescription. It had been tempting to give Arsenicum but Anthracinum
was given and cured. Best wishes, Joy
