Odourous Peeling Skin

Hi
The first thought that went through my mind was a fungus infection like
athlete's foot!
If it is a fungus infection, then some practical points may help:
Avoidance of moist, compressed areas is critical to recovery. Weight loss
and frequent repositioning are often helpful.
Affected areas may be cleared with simple steps such as propping open skin
folds with dry towels or blowing a fan across moist areas. Loose,
unrestrictive clothing should be worn.
Is she Obese?

Ok,
I have a puzzling one for me.
Lady came in with her skin red and peeling in all her creases.
That is under the breasts, her sile creases, beside her nose, her under
arms, her crotch.
Skin has an odor where it is peeling.
Any help ?
Thanks,
Alva

Yes, she is obese, but her face does not have folds that are closed. The red
patches are like lipstick stripes by her nose on each side and down her
face following the smile lines, then on down beside her mouth and under her
shin. On her ears behind and on the outer ear as well.

i had developed a similar problem with caustic perspiration
under my breasts. it smelled like rancid milk. i dont think this
was even factored into the case but the constitutional took care
of this problem. i used calendula topically to heal the raw skin.
washing regularly minimized the burning of the skin.
