hello,
wel i want to know wheather their is any role of homoeopathy in a systemic disease Diabetes mellitus coz many of us they do claim that we can bring the blood sugar level to the normal level with our homoeopathic medicine, which i want to know wheather it is really true or false...being a homoeopathic practioner and a lecturer in the college i want to know about the remedies for diabetes mellitus and about the diet which we should advice to them ....
many of the patients after giving homoeopathic medicines they quote me that ,wheather the globules which we give in the medicated form dothey increase the sugar level as it is sweet in taste????
so please highlight the answer to me as what should b the ans given for those diabetic patient asking such que..????.

The amount of sugar in the homeopathic pillules is way too small to be of concern to diabetics, especially if the pillules are dissolved in water -- in which case 3 little pillules last for a LONG time, with virtually no sugar content in each small dose.

I've seen Type II diabetics, even when they were being treated for conditions unrelated to their diabetes, experience a dramatic stabilization from the remedy of their blood sugar and, if they were on medication, end up requiring much less or none (They need to check their blood sugar religiously, because the awareness of this change comes from the allopathic medicine, if they're taking one, suddenly being way too big a dose, and causing hypoglycemia. ) In Type I diabetes, this effect doesn't happen, nor would one expect it to, given the destruction of the islets of Langerhans in Type I diabetes. However, even with Type I diabetes, homeopathic remedies can help people avoid and can treat the further systemic tissue destruction that comes after a long time: neuropathies, heart disease, blindness, etc...

Homoeopathy has all the role rquired in treatment of DM ,ie leave alone management can be cured it all depends on when they come to homoeopathy.
I f somebody depends on homoeopathy for all day to day management of their illness ,if they happen to be potential diabetics it can be prevented.
If somebody come to homoeopathy with recent say before 2years of starting of DM manifestation with out any other complication they can be cured.of DM,
If some body comes with few years of DM with long use of anti diabetic drugs still can be cured but with prolonged treatment and can be avoided the possible complications.
In some even regularly on anti DM medicines blood sugar levels are do not get controlled but homoeopathy can help allopathic medicine to be more effective and able to control sugar levels.
Even in Insulin dependents ,complications of Insulin may be avoided.Insulin dependency may be removed ,and can be made to depend only on oral medicines..If Insulin dependency is congenital if one gets treated from child hood ,he may be free from insulin dependency when one grows into adulthood.
Treatment -- Diet -most important is quantity-one should eat only70% of his stomach, Exercise -- 1-2 hrs of walking continuously ,medicines only Homoeopathic on basis of toality,repeat occassionally when required.
Treatment purpose is not to control blood sugar levels but control production and absorption.Initially unlike allopathy will not be able to control blood sugar levels but in long run blood sugar levels will come to normal levels
I have treated number of them and today they are free.from DM.Homoeopathy only can treat really with out complication as treats indviduals not just try to maintain blood sugar levels Any way ones conviction and experience only can confirm this
Medicines starting from Natrumsulph,Bry,Lyco,Natrum mur and so on ,Nosodes like Tuberculinum,Medorrhinum ,Carcinosin,sarcodes like Thyroidinum,adrenalin etc.Insulin in potency.Medicines depends on individual case.
