Case Taking Questions

Dear Ghazanfar

How would you imagine your case-taking technique would differ in each of the
situations you have mentioned?

Always consider WHAT NEEDS TO BE CURED? What is the disease? What is urgent?

'OBSERVE' using all senses
In cases where the patient is not able to speak, in addition to your
observations listen to the patient's carers.

Rank your presenting symptoms
Repertorise
Check the remedies against patient's symptoms - look for confirming
symptoms, prescribe and wait!
In an acute during Chronic treatment, it is best one does not interfere -
however, if level of discomfort are high, then you must intervene.

I am not quite sure what you mean by "e) In half spiritual miasmatic
diseases "
